House Rules
- If You Are Departing After 6Pm A Full Night Will Be Charged.
- Pre-Booking – If You Are Departing Between 11Am And 6Pm An Additional Cost Of $150Aud Will Be Charged.
This Is So We Can Prepare The Room For The New Guests. However, If There Are No Other Guests Checking In on that night, you Are Welcome To Stay Until Time Of Departure. - Last Minute – If You Require A Last Min Late Check Out, We Will Charge $10 Per Hour Up Until Time Of Departure. This Option Is Subject To Availability And Cannot Be Confirmed Until 24 Hours Prior To Your Departure.
- Bag Storage – If You Check Out At Or Before 11Am, We Can Store Your Bags. We Can Then Have Our Terrific Driver Collect Your Bags From Our Secure Storeroom And Then Pick You Up You From Your Location Eg: Potato Head, Massage Etc. The Driver Can Then Drive You To The Airport.
If You Are Arranging Your Own Transport To The Airport, Unfortunately We Can Only Store Your Bags Until 4P.M, As That Is When Our Fantastic Villa 888 Angels Finish Work. - Cheap Hotel – We Can Also Assist You To Book A Cheap Hotel Room. Our Driver Can Then Be Booked To Take You To That Hotel And/Or The Airport.
PLEASE NOTE We Have 5 Villas In Total, All Close To Each Other, With 3 Being Side By Side. This Allows Us To Assist You With You’re The Late Check Out Options That Best Suit Your Needs.
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking is confirmed via deposit we block the dates from our calendar, hence your booking is secure and no one elce can book your selected dates.
Travellers may cancel in writing up to 61 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund less $100 Aud administration fee and or any fees incurred via the booking site.
60 – 31 days prior to arrival a 25% of total booking fee will be charged.
Bookings cancelled 31 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% on total cost of booking cancelation fee.
In the event of you having to cancel last minute we will attempt to rebook your selected dates.
If we are able to fill your dates last minute we are happy to give you a refund to the value received less $100 administration fee.
In the event of us being unsuccessful in filling your selected dates last minute your money will be forfeited. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover your possible loss in case of having to cancel. In good faith a credit note to the value of 25% of your original booking will be issued.Please understand we are a small boutique business, having guests cancel last minute would be a detriment to our business and lively hood.
Volcanic Ash Policy/ Extenuating Circumstances
- Flight cancelation due to airport closure as a result of a pandemic, or natural disaster. Please send a copy of your email form the airline advising of flight cancelation and future travel options.
- We will work with you to reschedule your dates, within the next 12 – 24 months, seasonal charges may apply for new dates.
